KY and IN bourbons finished in Amburana casks (Brazilian wood), imparting strong cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla spice. One of the most unique finishing woods in American whiskey.

Dovetail's ultimate expression — same triple finish (Dunn Cabernet, Port, blackstrap rum) using whiskeys up to 25 years old. At 140.18 proof, it's the highest-proof regular BCS release. Extraordinarily rare.
